What is Leadership Legacy?
Leadership Legacy is a high level 6-month group program to help WOC land $200k leadership roles without sacrificing their family time or personal freedom.
What is the enrollment process?
Book a call with LaTrice here. During that call, LaTrice will create a customized career plan for you. This career plan is what you all will work on throughout your time working with LaTrice to help you achieve your goals.
After you call you will get an email with the enrollment details, there you will pay & enroll, you will then receive your client agreement via email, once your client agreement has been signed you will receive your onboarding information.
When are the Coaching Calls?
Group Coaching Calls are bi-weekly on Wednesdays at 7pm ET
What happens if I miss a call?
All calls are recorded and you get access to the replay within 72 hours.
How long are the calls?
The group coaching calls are between 60 - 90 minutes
Will you help me pass the interview?
Yes, we help you with the interview process, we have in session executive interview prep, as well as a consultant who is a former executive and a former client who does interview prep clients - as a bonus for clients who join during the first 10 days of open cart.
What if I am already in a leadership role and I am trying to work on my confidence in this role?
Leadership legacy is for you even if you already have a leadership role, we will help you become more confident, create a solid foundation in your first 60, 90 and 180 days in the role. We will help you solidify yourself as an influencer and someone who is impactful and makes a difference in the agency and the bottom line. I will help you position yourself as an expert, feel more confident in your role and even help you with those high level personnel decisions or leadership challenges.
When does Leadership Legacy start?
Once you have enrolled you will get immediate access to the course materials, so you can start working through that and advancing in your career, and building executive presence immediately.

What is the investment?
To land an executive or leadership role with a 6 figure salary, being confident in that role, the investment in Leadership Legacy is $8 000. We do offer flexible payment plan options.
What if I have my own business or want to start a business?
I work with clients who want to start their own business or who already have a profitable business, and want to have more time freedom, want to hone in on their leadership skills, and increase their profitability.
